Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please email us at pinteashop22@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with instructions and the return address.
The product must be returned unused, in good condition, with its tags and original packaging.
Return Costs
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund
We will refund the amount paid, including any initial shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notify us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or until you provide us with proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one that is different from what you ordered, please email us with a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish consumer regulations.
